Where we ship and shipping cost

We sell and ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders throughout the United States, with no minimum purchase or weight-based surcharge.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The order cutoff is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York), with daylight saving time observed. Orders received after the cutoff or on a non-business day begin processing the next business day.

After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and delivery issues

We email available tracking information after dispatch. Carrier selection depends on the shipment. Please contact us about a delayed, missing, or damaged parcel so we can review the order and coordinate the next steps. Special addresses are subject to actual carrier service availability; contact us before ordering if your address requires special delivery arrangements.
